This website gives general information about Sprach Institut-Cebu and its German courses. It is not an offer to enrol you in any course.

3. Enquiries and enrolment

Sending an enquiry does not enrol you. Course availability, schedules, class sizes, fees and payment terms are confirmed directly by the school and may change. Enrolment is subject to the school’s own enrolment terms, which we will share with you at enrolment.

4. Information on this site

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Level descriptions follow the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and are general. We do not guarantee exam results, visas, employment or any other outcome from taking a course.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or unlawful content through the contact form;
• send spam or use the form for advertising;
• try to disrupt, hack or overload the website; or
• copy or scrape the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Intellectual property

The Sprach Institut-Cebu name, crest, logo, text and design on this site belong to the school or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

This site links to services we do not control, such as Facebook, Instagram, X and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the school is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Cebu City.
